About Us
At Endeavour Hills Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten we believe the role of an early childhood educator is to provide child-oriented programs that meet the needs of children’s individual needs. Through ongoing observation, developmental knowledge and family input our programs provide opportunity and challenge children to develop and build skills they will require in life.
Our centre creates an environment that is stimulating and welcoming. Children can make choices in regards to activities, resources and equipment and they learn through play so we provide hands on experiences that motivate learning and encourage exploration.
Children are treated equally and we promote similarities between people rather than differences. Educators guide and model respect and empathy towards everyone.
Goals
Our goal is to provide the highest quality care which is a child’s right. Stimulating positive experiences and interactions that will foster all aspects of early childhood development and education.
We believe each child is unique with their own interests and potential. In the early years settings, children learn through participating in play, modelling and imagination.
Our aim is to extend a child’s unique inquisitive nature by providing an environment that promotes this through play-based learning.
By fostering social, cognitive, creative development with emotional security, we aim to develop a strong sense of self-worth and to guide each child throughout their time in our care.
